- No, there is no minimum order value.
- The stocks of our articles are updated regularly and at short intervals. All items displayed in our store are usually available. If, in exceptional cases, this is not the case and we are therefore unable to fulfill your order immediately or at all, we will inform you promptly by e-mail.
- If an item is not (or no longer) available from us, we will arrange delivery to you via our distribution partners.This makes no difference to you as the end customer - except that it is faster.
- In times of high order frequency, e.g. during promotions, it can happen that items are sold to other Digiwell customers during the course of your purchase and are no longer available.This applies in particular to popular items or items for which low stock levels are already displayed on the product detail page. If you have already placed items affected by this in your shopping cart, they will be automatically removed from your shopping cart by our system.
- In the event that the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already received without delay.
- Item variants are displayed on the product detail page in the corresponding selection menu. A sold-out variant can (also) be purchased under certain circumstances. The corresponding delivery will then take longer. In rare cases, an item may also be displayed as available even though it is not.
Login/ Registration
No, you can also select the “Order without registration” option during the ordering process. However, without registration you will not be able to view the delivery status of your order using DHL shipment tracking.
You can easily use all the functions of the Digiwell store by registering once. You can enter different delivery addresses, change your personal details and password, view the status of your orders and subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter.
- Registration with Digiwell is done by creating an account for the personal area “My account”.
- If you do not yet have a Digiwell account, register by filling out the registration form and entering your username and password; or through your Facebook account.
- Thanks to the Facebook login function, you don't have to enter an extra user name or password, but can start shopping straight away. “Login with Facebook” means you no longer have to remember a user name and access data, but can store straight away.

You can simply request a new password in “My account” under the “Forgot password” link. We will immediately send the password to the e-mail address stored in your “My account” account. Please note that the password is case-sensitive and remember to change it immediately after successfully logging in.
Log in with your username and password or via your Facebook account in “My account”. There you can easily change or delete your personal data. We would be pleased if you would let us know the reason for the deletion by e-mail (info@digiwell.com). This is the only way we can improve.
At Digiwell, you can shop conveniently via PayPal, credit card, invoice, cash on delivery or prepayment
- Payment in advance: Your bank account will be debited at the moment you make the transfer.
- Payment with PayPal: Your PayPal account will be debited when you place your order via PayPal.
- Payment by credit card: Is processed by our payment partner; however, you do NOT need an account there.
- Payment by cash on delivery: Pay the letter carrier in cash at the front door on delivery.
Shipping/ Delivery
- In principle, we deliver to any address worldwide, whether to your home, your workplace, friends, family or neighbors. The invoice, however, is always sent to the email address provided.
- If the order is delivered outside of Europe (EU), you may incur additional customs duties. However, you order from us VAT-free.
- We ship directly via our partner DHL/ Deutsche Post.
- In the event that we do not have the ordered items delivered directly, but via our distribution partners, the logistics provider may differ.
- As a rule, the postal delivery (DHL) takes 2-3 working days in Germany and 3-5 working days for addresses in the EU. However, there is also the booking time for the payment process. Depending on the bank and payment method, this takes between two and five working days.
- Delivery may take longer due to the pandemic, weather conditions or seasonal business (Christmas). Of course, we have no influence on this.
- Once the order has been handed over to DHL, we no longer have any influence on the delivery time and can no longer accelerate the delivery time.
- No problem. The parcel deliverer will usually leave a notification telling you where you can pick up the parcel or when they will make another delivery attempt.
- Your parcel deliverer will also be happy to leave the parcel in your neighborhood. Just ask him about it. A card in the letterbox will then inform you accordingly.
- We can only provide support (investigation) if the shipment is 2-3 weeks overdue.
Pickup is possible! Simply order the item as usual and select "Pick-Up" as the payment method. No shipping costs will be charged. After that, you can easily schedule your pickup in our calendar:

Yes, shipping to a Packstation or post office is possible! Please make sure to provide the necessary details in the shipping address: 📌 Street: Packstation XYZ (your desired Packstation number) 📌 Additional Address Field: Your personal Postnummer For post office pickup, enter the post office's Filialnummer instead of the Packstation number.
Simple return shipment
- An order can be returned by exercising the statutory right of withdrawal. To do so, please inform us using the withdrawal form, pack the goods and send them back to us with sufficient postage. Details can be found in the cancellation policy and the general terms and conditions.
- In the case of soiled, lost, damaged or altered goods or merchandise, we reserve the right not to take the goods back.
- You will receive a so-called RMA number from us. This MUST be on the address, otherwise we cannot assign the return. Without an RMA number, the shipment will be returned to the sender.
- You can cancel your order within 14 days and return the goods (except for OURA Ring - here it is 30 days). You can find an overview of your nearest post office (Deutsche Post/DHL) here. Please note that we only accept shipments with sufficient postage.
- To ensure that we can process your return quickly and smoothly, please repack the product in its original packaging and place it in the original shipping box.
- Please note that some items are excluded from exchange for hygienic reasons (especially food, nutritional supplements, tests, masks or implants etc.). We also do not take back books where the plastic packaging has been torn open.
- As soon as we have received and checked the return, we will refund you the corresponding amount. The refund varies depending on the payment method and will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
- The refund of the credit note or the repayment depends on which payment method you have chosen.
- If you paid for the returned items with PayPal, the amount to be refunded will be credited back to your PayPal account.
- If you pay in advance, you will receive a credit to the account from which the transfer was made.
- If you pay by cash on delivery, we will transfer the value of the goods to your account if you wish.

If your package is returned due to an issue such as an address error, refusal of acceptance, or other delivery failures, we reserve the right to charge €10.00 for the return shipping and re-shipment costs. 📦 Want a refund instead? In this case, we may deduct up to €10.00 from the total refund amount to cover the incurred costs.
