Advance Payment

When paying in advance, we will provide you with our bank details again in the order confirmation and ship the goods once the payment has been received in our bank account. Our bank details are:

Purchase on Account (via PayPal)

For purchases on account, PayPal handles the processing for us. You will receive an automatic email from PayPal with exact payment instructions.
Sometimes, PayPal may reject the purchase on account. We are not informed of the reasons. In such cases, we will inform you individually.

Important: The shipping address must not differ from the billing address when purchasing on account.

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)

When paying by credit card, the transaction is processed via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required for this.

Installment Payment (via PayPal)

We offer you the option to finance your purchase through installment payments. Subject to a credit check.

PayPal

When paying via PayPal, your account will be charged as soon as the order is completed.
Note: To make a payment via PayPal, you need a PayPal account.

The shipment will be made as soon as PayPal notifies us of a payment and all items are available.

If there are any difficulties with the payment: you can also send a manual PayPal payment directly via info@digiwell.com.

PayPal Later

If you have a PayPal account, you can pay after 30 days.

Cash on Delivery

With cash on delivery, you can pay the invoice amount directly in cash to the delivery person when the goods are delivered. Please have the appropriate amount ready.
Payment at the door is only possible in cash – not via debit or credit card.

The amount to be paid consists of the value of the goods, applicable service and delivery charges, and a DHL cash-on-delivery fee (DHL transfer charge).

Shipping

• We generally ship insured and trackable.
• We generally choose the fastest shipping method.

Shipping via DHL / Deutsche Post

We usually ship our orders via DHL. Very small packages are sent by us as DHL small parcels. DHL small parcels are trackable, insured, and should, according to DHL, be faster than a "regular" parcel. This does not cause any disadvantages for our customers.

Shipping outside Germany

European Union:
Shipping costs within the European Union vary individually. Returns from EU countries are the customer's responsibility. Please note the applicable postage.

Switzerland and non-EU countries:
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. For more information on customs, please visit: www.zoll.de

If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
