The NxtPay² is custom-made. If in stock, we ship it the next day. Otherwise, dispatch takes place 2–5 business days after production. The production schedule depends on the current length of the pre-order list. .

You will receive a beautifully designed box with the Nxtpay-Infinity and a starter card inside. The starter card will contain a link for a detailed set-up-manual of your Infinity, advice on how to install it and legal advice.

Here you have to distinguish between (a) running costs (b) costs for the usage of third-party apps and services und (c) costs for implantation

zu (a). There are no running costs.

zu (b). If needed for indirect connection this will cost 5,99 € one time. Prepaid option is free if under 150 EUR credit balance. If you need more, verification will cost 10 EUR one time.

zu (c). How much your Bodymodder charge for installation ... is totally individually. Please inform yourself upfront.

Every bodymodder/ piercer will charge a different sum. It should be close to installing a "dermal anchor". In Germany you can expect something between 50 und 150 EUR. But hey... we are not the piercer.

The insertion is minimally invasive and takes about 15 minutes. In most cases, a local anesthetic gel is sufficient. The chip is inserted just beneath the skin into the subcutaneous tissue, similar to placing a small implant. The area can be closed with a stitch, skin adhesive, or a bandage if needed.

The procedure is comparable to placing a so-called "dermal anchor" by a professional piercer. Any piercer experienced with dermal anchors can also perform the Infinity implantation.

The procedure can be performed by an experienced body modification specialist (body modder), a professional piercer, or a medical doctor. We provide a guide that you can share with the practitioner.

There is no strict requirement here. A good location would be the forearm, just above the wrist, or the back of the hand between the thumb and index finger. Avoid areas with jewelry or high mechanical stress. What works best for you should be discussed with your piercer or doctor.

That depends on you. If you leave it undisturbed for a few weeks after insertion (i.e., don’t manipulate or press on it), it will become naturally encapsulated by the tissue through collagen formation. After that, it will remain securely in place.

A small local anesthetic, a tiny incision – and the chip can be removed. Quick, safe, and straightforward.

Pain is very subjective. If you already have a tattoo or piercing, it is likely comparable. Some piercers or body modification specialists use lidocaine injections before the procedure. Alternatively, you can prepare the area with a topical anesthetic cream such as Emla (available at pharmacies).
