Background:

Gartner Inc. recently presented the topic of biohacking as one of the five future topics of humanity. Relatively unnoticed - alongside familiar topics such as AI, blockchain and self-driving cars - topics such as biochips, brain-computer interfaces and biotech are suddenly on the management agenda.

Anyone who gets their work done faster and better than before thanks to a chip in their brain and an exoskeleton on their back and manages to pull the plug after work to cultivate friendships, spend time with their family and jog through the woods probably has a good chance of being a satisfied employee.

In future, however, HR managers will have to work even harder than they do today to ensure that employees learn to relax after work and switch off in the truest sense of the word. And they may soon have to negotiate with the works council about who has a say in the decision on the use of augmented reality contact lenses or technology implants.

A lot of questions will arise at the latest when employees use a computing chip that increases their brain power - including the discussion about taxation of the non-cash benefit of private use of the super-brain.

However, in this seminar we want to shed light on how employee motivation can be "hacked" (sorry...) today and how employees can become happier and more productive.

Under the motto "Hack Your Workspace - Ways to Kick More Ass at Work", participants learn in this part of the seminar how to improve their focus, gain the ability to concentrate better for longer periods of time, have strength during the working day, relax better, and be balanced and full of energy.

The following topics are covered in detail:

  • Energyhacking: More energy at work and in everyday life
  • Mindhacking: Better concentration and focus
  • Workplace-hacking: The workplace for optimum performance
  • Travelhacking: No more jet lag, hacking the hotel room
  • Bodyhacking – How microchip implants can increase your productivity
  • And many more tips and tricks for greater productivity In the seminar, we will therefore be looking at the areas that have a direct influence on the performance of teams, groups and individuals (the employees). This provides valuable impetus for the health of employees.
