Why you need a blue light filter glasses...
Blue light affects your performance. It regulates the sleep/wake cycle. However, in today’s world, we are exposed to an excess of blue or artificial light. This includes hours spent in front of televisions, phones, and computers. It also includes the time spent under artificial light from LEDs and fluorescent lamps. Even when we read a book, we do so under artificial light, which emits significantly more blue light than the sun.
