We cannot give any recommendations for intake or generally speak of intake, as our product could otherwise fall into the category of food or supplements.

Microdosing has been a trend for several years to improve well-being and performance. The following is research into fly agarics based on various user testimonials.

1. Introduction

The use of fly agarics in traditional medicine and shamanic rituals has been documented in various parts of the world, including Siberia. Even in early times, when shamanic practices and ritual ceremonies were a central part of the belief system of various cultures, these mushrooms were used and valued for their positive properties.

In Nordic countries such as Norway and Finland, fly agarics were used during festive occasions. Their use in old rituals and celebrations is often found in stories and fairy tales, where the fly agaric was seen as a symbol of luck and prosperity.

Nowadays, microdosing with toadstools is gaining popularity as a gentle way to experience the positive properties of this fascinating mushroom. Microdosing refers to the use of very small amounts of psychoactive substances, including fly agarics, to achieve potential cognitive enhancements, increased creativity or improved mood without experiencing strong hallucinogenic effects.

3. Research

Fly agarics can have psychoactive effects in larger quantities, so the dosage should be below the intoxicating threshold. This corresponds to 0.5-1 g fly agaric (1-2 capsules). The exact amount depends and should be trialled. A 2-day cycle is typical. Some also prefer a 3-day cycle - i.e. with a 2-day break between applications. After 2-3 months, a break of 2 to 4 weeks is recommended.

Possible Microdosing Research:

Day 1 (Microdosing)

  • 1-2 capsules
  • It usually takes a few minutes for the effect to kick in.
  • The effect lasts between 3 and 6 hours.
  • The maximum quantity of 4 capsules/day should not be exceeded when microdosing
  • You can also consciously avoid coffee or caffeine in the morning to better perceive the effect - but this is not obligatory.
  • Be aware of how your everyday life feels and whether anything changes. Don't expect miracles, but feel the difference.
  • In the evening, write down your thoughts and feelings in a notepad, diary or digitally.

Day 2 (break day)

  • No application - normal everyday life
  • The effects of the previous day continue even here
  • If you like, write down your thoughts and feelings here too

The cycle starts again the following day. This sequence should always be adhered to and carried out for at least one month. As a rule, a two-month microdosing trial is carried out, after which a break of one month is recommended at the latest.

4. Storage

Fly agaric capsules should be stored dry, airtight and protected from light.

5. Safety instructions and safer use

Buying dried fly agarics is legal in most countries around the world. It is also legal to own and buy fly agaric microdosing products in Germany.

Fly agarics contain substances that are toxic to humans in large quantities, including ibotenic acid. When the fly agaric is dried, a large proportion of the ibotenic acid is converted into muscimol, which is responsible for the effects of the fly agaric. In large quantities, the consumption of fly agarics can lead to the so-called fly agaric-panther mushroom syndrome, which is characterised by nausea, dizziness, vomiting and diarrhoea. A lethal dose of muscimol is estimated to be around 1 g in adults. This corresponds to about 100 g of dried toadstools or 1 kg of fresh toadstools (about 10 whole mushrooms). However, there are currently no known cases of fatal poisoning by the fly agaric.

The use of these substances contained in the fly agaric in the context of microdosing is considered safe and harmless to health and can be carried out without hesitation. One capsule of fly agaric microdosing contains 0.5 g of dried fly agaric, which is approximately 1/200 of the lethal dose.

Nevertheless, care should be taken to use the correct amount of fly agaric. Too much fly agaric can produce an alcohol-like effect with hallucinogenic effects. Hallucinations and altered sensory perception may also occur. When using fly agarics in the context of microdosing, these effects do not occur as the dose is below the intoxicating threshold.

Driving and other activities in which other people could be endangered by you or your actions should only be carried out under one hundred per cent self-control. An exploration of one capsule should also not be exceeded.

No alcohol should be consumed before or during the use of fly agarics.

Fly agarics should only be used by adults aged 18 and over and should be kept out of the reach of children. Fly agarics should not be researched during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The effect depends on the quantity

  • 3 bis 6 Gramm: Diese Menge sorgt für einen intensiveren Zustand, der einen klar spürbaren Rausch mit sich bringt.
  • 6 to 20 grams: For a profound and fascinating psychotropic journey that can take you to other levels of consciousness.

Or

You take 0.5g of the powder as a microdose half an hour before breakfast and half an hour before dinner... but then over a longer period of time.
