Why you need a blue light blocking glasses...

Blue light affects your performance and regulates your sleep/wake cycle. It causes melatonin (the “sleep hormone”) production to be reduced or suppressed. The less melatonin, the harder it is to fall asleep. So in the evening, you should avoid blue light as much as possible.
