Why You Need Blue Light Blocking Glasses...

Blue light affects your performance and regulates your sleep/wake cycle. This light reduces or suppresses the production of melatonin (the “sleep hormone”). The less melatonin, the harder it is to fall asleep. In the evening, you should therefore avoid blue light as much as possible.
