Why use a blue light filter glasses?
Blue light affects your performance. Light in different colors helps the body optimally adjust its internal clock: blue light dominates during the day and red light in the evening. Artificial light and screens mainly emit blue light. Being exposed to this light all day can disrupt your day-night rhythm. Excessive blue light tires your eyes faster, for example, when you spend a lot of time at the computer.
If you spend a long time indoors with artificial light during the day or work constantly on the computer, you should consider wearing Daylight glasses during the day. The glasses can be very helpful if you work shifts and are therefore particularly sensitive to bright daylight.

Truedark® red lenses signal to the body that it is dark and help prepare for a restful sleep. You can still see through the Twilight glasses to read, watch TV, or work at the computer/desk/phone while the sleep hormones switch into night mode. When the head hits the pillow, kids fall asleep quickly and sleep more deeply. Twilight glasses are also excellent for coping with time zone changes, such as when traveling.
