Touchpoints Sleep Basic neurostimulator for sleep optimisation
Product information "Touchpoints Sleep Basic neurostimulator for sleep optimisation"
Often Restless or Having Trouble Sleeping? TouchPoints uses gentle, alternating micro-vibrations to relax you in just a few seconds.
Place your TouchPoints on wrists, pockets, socks, or straps. Ready to use whenever you feel anxious or overwhelmed. Move your brain to a calm state at the push of a button.
What are TouchPoints?
TouchPoints are non-invasive, neuroscientifically tested, wearable devices that use patented BLAST technology to reduce stress in just 30 seconds.
The TouchPoints Neurostimulator for sleep consists of
- 2x TouchPoints Basic. (Without wristbands)
- 2x Sweatbands with zippers
- 1x Dual charging cable
- Linen carrying bag
- 1-year limited manufacturer warranty
The two TouchPoints can be worn on the wrist, held in the hands, or attached to clothing. TouchPoints use Bateral-Alternating Stimulation Tactile Technology (BLAST), which transfers alternating vibrations to the body’s response to Fight, Flight, or Freeze (F3) to stress and anxiety and restores the homeostatic nervous system. TouchPoints are wearable devices that almost eliminate stress.
TouchPoints reduce stress by up to 70% in just 30 seconds.

How Can You Reduce Stress in 30 Seconds?
When you're stressed, the "fight or flight" part of your brain is activated. TouchPoints strengthen the logical, rational part of your brain and allow you to think clearly and calmly in seconds. The ability to think rationally without associated sensory feelings helps the brain create new positive pathways, which have a lasting impact on your brain.
Who Can Benefit from TouchPoints?
Anyone can benefit from using TouchPoints as they are effective, accessible, and affordable, helping to combat stress, anxiety, and concentration issues, as well as improve performance and sleep. It has also been reported that TouchPoints help with conditions such as Parkinson's, autism, and ADHD. Using TouchPoints for just 5 minutes per day improves focus and performance.
How Do TouchPoints Work?
TouchPoints are embedded with BLAST technology. BLAST stands for bilateral alternating stimulation - tactile. This is our patented technology, derived from the most successful treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
-
Stimulates the recovery of calm: With gentle, haptic micro-vibrations called BLAST (bilateral alternating stimulation tactile), TouchPoints change the brain's decision regarding stress switches and help restore calm.
-
Reduces physical stress symptoms: Physical stress responses (stomach pain, headaches, etc.) are reduced or alleviated.
-
Strengthens new neural connections: The brain's ability to restore calm creates new neural pathways associated with internal thoughts or external situations that may occur later, thus reducing future stress in similar situations.

How to Wear Your TouchPoints
-
Each TouchPoint must be on each side of the body for the technology to work. Skin contact is not required to feel the vibrations.
-
Clips: Attach the included clips to the back of each TouchPoint and fasten them to clothing such as belts, pants, pockets, socks, or bra straps.
-
Wristbands: Attach the included connections to a TouchPoints wristband or a 22mm spring pin band and wear it on your wrists or ankles.
-
Other wearing options: Hold the TouchPoints in your hands or slip them into socks or pockets.
Using the TouchPoint BASIC
-
Turn on one TouchPoint by pressing the power button until a green light appears.

-
Once you have selected the desired setting, turn on the other TouchPoint by pressing the power button until a green light appears.
-
Position the second TouchPoint near the first, with the lights facing each other. The second TouchPoint will automatically adopt the setting of the first TouchPoint.
-
Take part in the TouchPoints challenge to better understand your baseline stress level.
-

The Science of Stress
The neural network detects and integrates sensory information from outside and inside the body to decide whether stress (sympathetic nervous system) or calm (parasympathetic nervous system) should be activated. When a potential threat is perceived through sight, hearing, or negative thoughts, the brain signals a response of fight, flight, or freeze (Fight, Flight, Freeze, F3) and releases stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline.
Important functions such as executive control, rational thinking, and empathy are shut down in this mode, and people can no longer perform at their best or show their best side. The result: sleepless nights, irritability, poor decision-making, poor performance, cravings, and lack of focus. Most of us have overactive F3 reactions - hundreds of times a day, the stress switch is turned on. Activation of F3 can lead to several physical and emotional issues and contribute to long-term side effects. Access to real-time stress reduction at any point during the day can greatly improve your life and have a global impact.
