1) Far-infrared deep heat (FIR/IR-C)

Practical use
Basic principle: switch on · lie down · switch off.
Duration: often 30–60 minutes per session; optionally longer (e.g., overnight) at a low, comfortable temperature and with good body feedback.
PEMF programs: run for 30 minutes each. Afterwards, you can (according to the manufacturer) start again after a 15-minute break – your body feedback is the deciding factor.
TENS in brief: place pads left/right around the target area, connect cable to the control unit, press and hold the TENS button for 2–3 seconds. It may tingle, but it should not hurt. After use, clean pads with water and mild soap and let them air-dry.

How do I place the TENS pads?
