Our TrueLight Luna Red™ Sunset light Human Compatible Lighting™ is ideal for recessed ceiling lights in nighttime living areas, hallways, children’s rooms, bathrooms, and especially bedrooms.
Excessive exposure to the short blue wavelengths of typical LED lights can negatively affect the sleep cycle. Our standard BR30 and E26 low-blue LED bulbs are adjustable from 1000K to 3000K. They simulate the natural, calming light of sources like candles and fireplaces.
The sunset light significantly reduces the blue light's impact on the body’s melatonin production. You can enjoy your evening hours knowing that your sleep/circadian rhythm is being maintained in balance.
The light we see doesn’t only come from the sun. White light splits into a spectrum of many different wavelengths and colors. Visible light is only one part of a continuous spectrum of electromagnetic radiation.
Usage
Screw the bulb into a compatible socket. Turn it on and control it with the remote. It is pre-set to channel 1 of the remote control.

Use the 2000K and 3000K settings during the day and at sunset.

Use the 1000K setting in the evening a few hours before bedtime for soft lighting that doesn’t disrupt melatonin production.

Use the night mode at bedtime or when you want a gentle glow in your bedroom at night.
