Life extension project

Spiegel-Bestsellerautor

Product information "Life extension project"

Reaching 100 in Good Health Is Possible

Perhaps the greatest medical insight of the past decade is this: Aging is malleable. It can be influenced, accelerated, or slowed down. And we can do a lot ourselves. What exactly, Thomas Schulz has compiled through numerous interviews with Nobel Prize winners and cancer specialists, neuroscientists and nutrition experts, biohackers and AI thought leaders.

His book takes us into the most renowned longevity research laboratories in the world as well as the corporate headquarters of Silicon Valley and answers the big questions: Which factors have the greatest impact on healthy lifespan? Which diet, which types of exercise are most effective? Can taking supplements or medications really extend life? And last but not least: Can we even afford the coming society of centenarians?
