Allein die Einführung in diesem Buch ist es wert, es zu kaufen. Sehr verständlich geschrieben. Man achtet in Alltag wieder mehr auf Kleinigkeiten, die sehr wertvoll sind. Eine Schulung der Achtsamkeit und Dankbarkeit!!

Allein die Einführung in diesem Buch ist es wert, es zu kaufen. Sehr verständlich geschrieben. Man achtet in Alltag wieder mehr auf Kleinigkeiten, die sehr wertvoll sind. Eine Schulung der Achtsamkeit und Dankbarkeit!!
