dUG4T - The ultimate Gen4 implant

Product information "dUG4T - The ultimate Gen4 implant"

dUG4T – Dual-Frequency Bio-Implant for NFC & RFID (HF/LF)

The dUG4T is one of the most versatile technical bio-implants currently available. It combines two different transponder technologies in a single implant: an Ultimate gen4 chip for NFC/HF applications (13.56 MHz) and a T5577 chip for RFID/LF applications (125 kHz). This gives the implant an unusually wide range of compatibility with access systems, smart-home devices and automation setups.

What makes the dUG4T special?

Many implants support either HF or LF – the dUG4T handles both. This means you can interact with systems that normally require completely different transponders, using only one implant.

The Ultimate gen4 chip offers flexible NFC emulation and works like a configurable “tool” you can adapt to multiple setups. The T5577 chip, on the other hand, is the classic workhorse of the 125-kHz world: extremely common, widely compatible with access solutions, and ideal for controlled RFID experiments.

Real-world use cases

==> Doors & Access Systems: Many older office buildings still use 125-kHz systems – perfect for the T5577. Newer access setups, modern readers or maker projects often use NFC (13.56 MHz). With the dUG4T you can explore and integrate both worlds into your workflow.

==> Smart-Home Actions: Trigger light scenes, disable alarms, start automations – an NFC trigger in your body is often more reliable than a smartphone you may not always have in your hand.

==> Digital Business Card: NFC allows you to share URLs, profiles or contact cards – a simple smartphone scan is enough.

==> Research & Security Testing: The dUG4T is a tool for people working to understand, test or refine RFID/NFC protocols. An implant covering both frequency ranges makes comparisons and analysis far easier.

Technical Details

HF / NFC (13.56 MHz – Ultimate gen4 Chip)
The gen4 chip is a configurable emulator for various ISO14443A tag types. You can adjust, among other things:

– UID length (4 / 7 / 10 bytes)
– configurable ATQA & SAK values
– emulation of common NFC tag types (e.g., NTAG, Ultralight, MIFARE Classic-like structures; depending on reader and setup)
– support for simple NDEF data (e.g., URLs, contact cards, short info)

LF / RFID (125 kHz – T5577 Chip)
The T5577 is a versatile and well-established 125-kHz transponder. It can emulate numerous protocols, including:

– EM4100 / EM4102
– HID Prox (depending on system and configuration)
– various proprietary 125-kHz formats
– modulation types such as FSK, ASK, PSK
