Ground Mushroom Coffee contains Fair Trade certified organic Arabica coffee beans from Honduras. The beans are dark roasted and carefully tested for mycotoxins and other contaminants. The strong coffee flavor remains in the foreground and masks the mushroom extracts.

Organic Chaga Extract

Chaga, a mushroom found in the forests of Northern Europe and Asia, has been an important part of traditional medicine for centuries. Four Sigmatic uses wild-harvested Chaga that grows on tree trunks. A double extraction process using hot water and alcohol is used to obtain the valuable nutrients, which are then spray-dried into powder form – preserving only the best of the Chaga.

Organic Lion’s Mane Extract

The Hericium erinaceus (also known as Lion's Mane or Hericium erinaceus) grows in North America, Europe, and Asia and is especially valued in Asian medicine. Ingredients & Application

Preparing Hot Coffee

Use four tablespoons (21 grams) of coffee for 350 milliliters of boiling water. Prepare the coffee using your favorite method – whether with a filter, French press, or simple pouring.

Preparing Cold Brew Coffee

Mix four tablespoons (21 grams) of coffee with 350 milliliters of cold water. Let the mixture steep in the fridge for two days and then filter it.

Refining

Enhance your coffee to taste with your favorite (plant-based) milk and a sweetener of your choice. For a creamy touch, add coconut oil or ghee. A hint of cinnamon makes the drink especially delicious.
