MCT Oil - The Ideal Energy Booster for the Day
MCT oil is made up of 100% caprylic acid (C-8) and capric acid (C-10), 6 times more concentrated than conventional coconut or MCT oil. XCT oil delivers energy very quickly and is excellently utilized by the body.
MCT is fully metabolized and cannot be stored as fat in the body. This makes it an excellent energy source for low-carb diets.

Dosage:
Bulletproof MCT oil is the ideal addition to Bulletproof Coffee, shakes, or green smoothies. MCT can also be added to salads or used in other foods as regular cooking oil. Please do not heat above 120°C.
Start with 1 teaspoon of MCT per day - ideally in your morning coffee, and slowly increase the dose to 3 teaspoons per day. Too much oil at once, especially if your body is not used to it, may have a laxative effect.
