Food Intolerance Analysis

Ca. 900 Substanzen im Test

Product information "Food Intolerance Analysis"

Food Intolerance Analysis – When Eating Becomes a Burden

Many people experience symptoms such as bloating, headaches, or fatigue after eating – without knowing why. Often, a food intolerance is the cause. Our test helps identify the underlying triggers.

The Intolerance Analysis examines up to 900 potential substances – including foods, additives, plants, animal hair, metals, and more. This reveals which substances your body reacts to and which are well tolerated.

The analysis is based on a hair or nail sample and includes a personal anamnesis and a detailed consultation. The goal is to develop an individual nutrition strategy to relieve symptoms and improve overall well-being.

Intolerances, also known as sensitivities, often occur when the body lacks specific enzymes or transport mechanisms. Common examples include lactose, fructose, gluten, or histamine intolerance. These issues can cause digestive problems, skin reactions, or even mood changes and sleep disturbances.

By detecting intolerances early, you can prevent nutrient deficiencies, improve nutrient absorption, and enhance long-term health and quality of life.

Process

After your order, you will receive a test kit with instructions, a return envelope, and a sample bag.
Simply send a small hair or nail sample together with the completed questionnaire – our laboratory takes care of the rest.

Included in the Test

  • Analysis of up to 900 substances
  • Personal anamnesis prior to evaluation
  • Comprehensive results consultation with expert recommendations
  • Laboratory analysis performed in certified German labs

Why Test for Food Intolerances?

Food intolerances often occur when certain enzymes are missing or insufficient. For example, lactose intolerance arises from the lack of lactase, preventing proper digestion of milk sugar. Research shows that the number of people affected by food sensitivities is steadily increasing worldwide.

Early testing helps to alleviate symptoms, improve nutrient uptake, and prevent long-term complications.

Typical Signs of Food Intolerances

Loss of appetite, bloating, diarrhea, stomach pain, nausea, fatigue, headaches, skin problems, mood swings, anxiety, or general exhaustion may indicate a sensitivity. If such symptoms occur frequently, testing is recommended.
