Less blue and green light in the evening – without sitting in the dark. The TrueDark Sunsets™ Fairlane was specifically designed for the hours after sunset. Its distinctive gradient lenses selectively filter short-wavelength light emitted by screens, LEDs and modern indoor lighting.

Why Evening Light Matters
Light is one of the most important environmental signals for our circadian rhythm. While natural daylight becomes progressively warmer toward the evening, smartphones, televisions, computers and LED lighting can remain rich in short-wavelength light well into the night.
This is where the TrueDark Sunsets™ Fairlane comes in: the lenses reduce blue and violet light as well as a large proportion of green light, while allowing warmer wavelengths to pass through. This makes them particularly suitable for the transition between an active day and your evening routine.

The most distinctive feature of the Fairlane is its red-to-yellow gradient lens design. The more strongly filtered upper section reduces light coming from overhead lighting and other elevated light sources. The lighter lower section maintains greater visual orientation for typical evening activities.
This makes Sunsets™ an interesting middle ground: significantly stronger light filtering than conventional computer glasses, while remaining more practical for everyday evening use than completely deep-red lenses.

Fairlane Design
The classic, angular Fairlane frame is made from lightweight polycarbonate with a matte black finish. Despite the technically distinctive gradient lenses, the design looks much more like conventional eyewear than many traditional blue-light-blocking glasses.
