Important information about returns and withdrawal

NxtPay-Infinity is supplied completely sterile.
Once the sterile packaging has been opened or damaged, the right of withdrawal is excluded for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
Implantation instructions
- The implant should only be inserted by a suitably qualified and experienced professional.
- A topical anaesthetic cream such as EMLA may be used after consultation with a qualified medical professional.
- During implantation, the implant must not be excessively bent, kinked, crushed or otherwise subjected to mechanical stress.
- Test the implant’s functionality again immediately before implantation.

I love it
I am absolutely thrilled with this! The setup was as easy as it gets, and both testing and the implantation process went smoothly. The implant isn't too big, so the procedure wasn't problematic at all. Now that it's under my skin, the reading performance is awesome. From my observation, the only thing that matters is the orientation—if a terminal doesn't read it immediately, I just rotate my hand 90 degrees and it works flawlessly. I can even pay through my winter jacket! Recently, I got a successful read from about 3-4 cm away without even touching the terminal. I am so glad I invested in this bigger, better version.

Es ist bereits mein zweiter Bezahlchip von Upgrade Humans. Nachdem der erste wegen gesetzlichen Regelungen seine Funktionsfähigkeit verliert, habe ich mich jetzt besonders auf den „ewig“ gültigen Chip gefreut. Bei meinem genialen Piercingstudio in Freiburg, war das Einsetzen innerhalb weniger Minuten erledigt. Besonders gefällt mir, dass dieser Chip kein Prepaid-Chip ist, sondern das eine echte Kreditkarte ohne Limit darauf montiert werden kann. Ich nutze ihn jetzt schon ein paar Wochen und er hat noch nie an einer Kasse seinen Dienst verweigert, was bei der Vorgängerversion doch hin und wieder mal vorkam (bedingt durch unterschiedliche Bezahlterminal-Techniken und auch Restriktiven diverser Banken). Ich habe viel Spaß mit dem Chip, unter anderem weil er auch immer wieder lustige Reaktionen beim Bezahlen auslöst, beziehungsweise ich immer und in jeder Situation „flüssig“ bin. 😀

Ich habe extra auf ein Zahlungsimplantat gewartet, wo dauerhaft benutzt werden kann. Mir hat es ein Chirurg eingesetzt und ich testete es natürlich danach gleich. Es ist einfach nur toll und ich bin begeistert!

MEGA!!
Ich habe mir das Infinity bei einem Bodymodder einsetzen lassen. Trotz das die Stelle angeschwollen war und ein Verband drum ist, konnte ich schon bezahlen beim Supermarkt um die Ecke!! Also eine ziemlich gute Antenne!!! Auch die Beratung via Mail mit Alex von Digiwell war absolut top. Ich bin super zufrieden. Klar, kann ich auch mit meiner Uhr oder dem Smartphone bezahlen....aber, es ist einfach geiler so^^

Sehr beeindruckend!

The NxtPay-Infinity is a highly advanced passive NFC payment chip, embedded in a biocompatible flexible polymer – invisible under the skin, it seamlessly adapts to the contours of your body. No battery. No charging. No expiration date. Just modern payment – integrated securely into your body.
The Infinity is ultra flat, light and discreet. Its outer measurements are 20 mm x 16 mm x 1,5 mm.
No. The NxtPay-Infinity is passive and emits no radiation or radio waves. It is only activated when you hold it up to a payment terminal – triggered by the device’s own magnetic field. Just like your regular plastic bank card.
Yes. The material is medically tested, biocompatible, and fully body-safe. It is designed for permanent implantation in the body – just like high-quality medical implants.
USAGE OF THE NXTPAY-INFINITY
You can use NxtPay-Infinity if one of the following conditions is met:
1. Your bank is directly supported
You have a Visa or Mastercard from a bank that is officially compatible.

👉 If your bank is listed there, you can connect your NxtPay-Infinity directly – worldwide, regardless of your place of residence.
2. Your bank is not on the list
If your bank is not directly supported (i.e., not on the list), you can use NxtPay-Infinity via a compatible virtual card provided during the setup process.
👉 This feature is only available in:
- all countries of the European Union (EU)
- the United Kingdom (UK)
- Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein
👉 This option is currently not available in:
- Switzerland
- the United States
- and most countries outside of Europe
Important:
If you live outside the regions listed above, you can only use NxtPay-Infinity if your own bank is directly supported (see bank list).
3. You do not have your own Visa or Mastercard
If you do not have your own Visa or Mastercard, you can still set up NxtPay-Infinity.
👉 During setup, you will be given access to a rechargeable, compatible payment card that is directly linked to the implant.
👉 Requirement:
You must officially reside in Germany or Austria in order to create and activate this card.
👉 Important:
After setup, you can use NxtPay-Infinity worldwide – a residence in Germany or Austria is no longer required.
4. Use with Klarna or Revolut
Do you have a Visa card from Klarna or Revolut?
👉 In many cases, you can also connect these cards to NxtPay-Infinity.
👉 The requirement is that you can successfully apply for and activate such a card.
5. Not supported
- American Express
- PayPal
Yes, but not directly. If you want to use your NxtPay Infinity with a debit card, you can top up your implant like a prepaid card using funds from your bank account.
Simply add the new card – that’s it. No new implant, no additional costs.
Everything is possible. For example, you can use one bank card for multiple NxtPay Infinity implants or multiple cards with a single Infinity.
Works – simply add the new card. No need to start over.
SHIPMENT
The NxtPay² is custom-made. If in stock, we ship it the next day. Otherwise, dispatch takes place 2–5 business days after production. The production schedule depends on the current length of the pre-order list. .

You will receive a beautifully designed box with the Nxtpay-Infinity and a starter card inside. The starter card will contain a link for a detailed set-up-manual of your Infinity, advice on how to install it and legal advice.
COSTS
Here you have to distinguish between (a) running costs (b) costs for the usage of third-party apps and services und (c) costs for implantation
zu (a). There are no running costs.
zu (b). If needed for indirect connection this will cost 5,99 € one time. Prepaid option is free if under 150 EUR credit balance. If you need more, verification will cost 10 EUR one time.
zu (c). How much your Bodymodder charge for installation ... is totally individually. Please inform yourself upfront.
Every bodymodder/ piercer will charge a different sum. It should be close to installing a "dermal anchor". In Germany you can expect something between 50 und 150 EUR. But hey... we are not the piercer.
INSTALLATION
The insertion is minimally invasive and takes about 15 minutes. In most cases, a local anesthetic gel is sufficient. The chip is inserted just beneath the skin into the subcutaneous tissue, similar to placing a small implant. The area can be closed with a stitch, skin adhesive, or a bandage if needed.
The procedure is comparable to placing a so-called "dermal anchor" by a professional piercer. Any piercer experienced with dermal anchors can also perform the Infinity implantation.
The procedure can be performed by an experienced body modification specialist (body modder), a professional piercer, or a medical doctor. We provide a guide that you can share with the practitioner.
You can find an overview of experienced body modders and piercers in our implant guide (Get Started – Implants – Insertion). If there is no option listed in your city, simply check with local professionals.
There is no strict requirement here. A good location would be the forearm, just above the wrist, or the back of the hand between the thumb and index finger. Avoid areas with jewelry or high mechanical stress. What works best for you should be discussed with your piercer or doctor.
That depends on you. If you leave it undisturbed for a few weeks after insertion (i.e., don’t manipulate or press on it), it will become naturally encapsulated by the tissue through collagen formation. After that, it will remain securely in place.
A small local anesthetic, a tiny incision – and the chip can be removed. Quick, safe, and straightforward.
Pain is very subjective. If you already have a tattoo or piercing, it is likely comparable. Some piercers or body modification specialists use lidocaine injections before the procedure. Alternatively, you can prepare the area with a topical anesthetic cream such as Emla (available at pharmacies).
